Twenty-five Strategic Deterrent patrols equaling 4 years 287 days poking holes in the ocean, and to be successful in that environment you better be honest, hardworking, have patience and learn to listen to your people. Some of those qualities seem rare in todays hurry up world, but those qualities are the cornerstone of my practice. A successful practice that is going into its 13th year. I listen intently while my customers share their dreams and goals with me. Then we make a plan to achieve those goals or dreams. I believe that my customers should truly understand their home purchase (investment). I believe everyone should know what they own-and what that ownership means to them. Its an education at what ever level, and I take the time to counsel my customers and answer every question regarding the subject properties, and how the sale or acquisition might effect that customers short term and or long term goals, and what the potential tax implications may be.Secondly I believe that my clients deserve timely communication, I am a stickler for keeping my buyers and sellers in formed - and for returning messages as quickly as possible. That means same day. My knowledge is not merely academic, a home owner and investor myself, I have purchased, managed and sold many properties. I prefer investing in assets that pay dividends (ca sh flow) while being held for appreciation and tax benefits.When not assisting my customers, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife, Mistique, cooking, gardening, and enjoying all the water activities that the Emerald Coast has to offer.
